Embody Nature Frequencies for Instant Inner Peace
I have good news! What happens in nature does not only stay in nature; you can embody it! More about this in a second. First, let's talk about frequencies and disharmony.
Did you know we oscillate conflicting frequencies when we feel stressed, overwhelmed, and/or anxious? This disharmony in our body and energy fields is like a guitar being out of tune. Nobody likes to listen to an out-of-tune melody, no matter how great the efforts to pretend it sounds good. Truth be told, it doesn't, and it's hard to listen to for long.
One of the quickest ways to tune your body to play the most gorgeous melody is to induce yourself in nature walks.
I love immersing myself in nature. It's these precious moments when the wind gently hugs me, and the cold fresh air awakens my spirit. The energetic balance of lush trees, playful birds and the calming river makes my soul feel at peace.
In nature, everything vibrates in harmony. From the birds to the bees, the bugs to the trees, the flowing river and the fresh summer wind, all are connected and singing in harmony. When we get exposed to nature frequencies, our body begins to vibrate in harmony with nature, and it doesn't take long until we feel total relaxation.
Next time you feel stressed, remember to visit nature! It is here that you can synchronise your little drummer, your heartbeat, with Mother Earth's heartbeat, the big drummer, and before you know it your body sings the most beautiful melody that will uplift your spirit and make you feel at peace within.
