You are strictly prohibited from copying, adapting, redistributing, or teaching these frameworks to others, or using them as part of your own commercial offerings.2.3 Music & Audio Intellectual Property: All music files, audio transmissions, guided recordings, and digital audio content produced by Sky Rivers are protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a limited license for personal, private listening only. You may not:
Record, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of live audio sessions, workshops, or digital audio content.
Share, copy, or sell any music files or audio transmissions.
Use the music or audio recordings for any commercial purposes (including as background audio for your own videos, podcasts, classes, workshops, or digital products) without a separate commercial license from Sky Rivers.
3. Terms Governing Sessions, Programs & Workshops
These terms apply to all sessions, programs and workshops provided by Sky Rivers.3.1 Access and Registration: Access to Services is provided via the booking systems on the Site (Cal.com and Kit). All sessions and workshops are hosted securely via Zoom. Access links are automatically generated and granted upon successful payment and confirmation of the scheduled dates.3.2 Fees and Payments: Fees are specified at the time of booking or as outlined in your personalised program invoice. All fees are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (Stripe). By purchasing the service, you agree to their respective terms.3.3 Private 1:1 Somatic Alignment Services:
Single Somatic Session: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions missed, or cancelled by you with less than 48 hours’ notice, are entirely forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Somatic Alignment Program: Entry into this 3-month program is by mutual alignment following an initial session. Payment for the program is due in full upfront prior to commencement. To protect the operational schedule and the depth of the somatic process, program fees are entirely non-refundable once paid, and early termination is not permitted. If you choose to continue working together after the initial 3-month program is complete, subsequent sessions or extensions will be billed on an agreed monthly subscription basis, which can be cancelled by providing a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Presence & Recording Policy: To honour this sacred container, sessions are not recorded, and recording by participants is not permitted. You will experience somatic alignment during our session and in the days that follow, as a natural part of the integration process. Because this work is fully experiential and happening in the present moment, no audio or visual playbacks are provided or allowed.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings. The time lost will not be made up.
3.4 Intimate Somatic Workshops: Because workshop sizes are strictly capped at a limited number of participants to maintain raw presence and physical/energetic safety, tickets are entirely non-refundable. If you cannot attend a live workshop, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided you notify us via our Contact form at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.
4. General Legal Provisions
4.1 Somatic & Energetic Disclaimer: Use of the Services is at your own risk. The information and guidance provided are for somatic inquiry, spiritual exploration, and personal development only, and are provided "as is" without warranty. Sky Rivers is a Master Practitioner of somatic and energetic disciplines, not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, licensed financial advisor, or mental health counsellor. Our sessions, music, and frameworks are designed to connect with the body's intelligence and do not substitute for clinical medical or psychological treatment. You acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, choices, actions, and results.4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Sky Rivers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the use of Services.
