Meditation Magic: 3 Techniques to Develop Your Intuition

Intuition, what do you have for me today? Okay, okay, you got me! That's usually not how it works. Intuition appears whenever it feels the need. It's that gentle little nudge from a higher realm, an unexpected insight, a deep knowing of what to do, and usually, it lacks any logic.

It appears some people are born with the gift of intuition and are so damn good at tapping into this divine guidance. But I have news for you! It doesn't matter whether that inner wisdom tap was open for some from the beginning of their earthly journey... we ALL can develop our intuition! So, let's turn on this inner wisdom tap! Shall we?!

The magic word is daily meditation!

Now you might be thinking, 'I don't have time for meditation' or 'I don't know how to meditate'—that's okay because, in this blog post, I'll introduce three easy meditation practices. You only need to dedicate 10 minutes daily to your meditation—that's all it takes to enhance your intuitive awareness over time.

In-the-Now Meditation

A powerful meditation technique is what I call "In-the-Now Meditation. From personal experience, I can quickly become aware of bodily sensations, feelings and emotions when I focus on the present moment. And, of course, the mind can be busy, and thoughts can show up. When they do, I recommend that you observe them without judgment. You'll see that this creates space for deep insights to emerge. What I love about this meditation is that it calms the mind and allows me to connect with my intuition. Often, intuition shows up with very subtle signals, so it is essential to calm your mind; otherwise, it is easy to miss them!

Body Scan Meditation

Have you ever tried out the Body Scan Meditation? You don't need any fancy equipment for that, just your human observation :) This meditation is incredibly effective for enhancing your physical awareness and recognising the subtle signals of your intuition. During this practice, pay close attention to sensations throughout your body. Notice any subtle responses or feelings that arise; these can often be indicators of your intuitive insights trying to surface.

Third Eye Meditation

Another effective meditation is the Third Eye Meditation. To practice this, concentrate on the area between your eyebrows—the location of your third eye chakra. Close your eyes and visualise a golden triangle between your eyebrows. Imagine the triangle radiating golden light that clears away worries and mental clutter. This simple visualisation can help you activate your third eye chakra and open up a whole new inner world of deeper intuitive insights and clarity.

I recommend you experiment with all three meditation techniques to discover which one you enjoy most. Alternatively, rotate all three throughout your week to keep it interesting.

Consistency is key here, so make sure that you commit to your daily 10-minute meditation to develop your intuition over time. It is a journey, and I promise you, it is magical!

Enjoy!! 🙌
