Why join the Weekend Immersion?

The Weekend Immersion is a 2-day intensive of the powerful Body Awakening practice with amazing results in a short period of time! Many participants experience a profound awakening in the coming days and develop a new sense of self - which attracts new opportunities, people and events into their lives.

The Weekend Immersion is designed to accelerate your transformation, healing and spiritual growth. You will also be introduced to complementary practices that you can do at home to expand your awareness and experience non-duality.

If you join Body Awakening regularly, the Weekend Immersion is ideal for you to enter deeper levels of the subconscious mind where you become aware and can release deeply rooted conditioning, negative / limiting beliefs and trauma that influence your life and how you feel about yourself.

How to Prepare yourself

If you're Sydney based, I recommend that you join the Body Awakening class a few times before booking the Weekend Immersion. If you're unable to attend classes due to your location, please contact via email to discuss a possible attendance.

Recommended Diet

I recommend to follow the Alkaline diet which excludes acidic foods during the weekend immersion and 3-5 days prior. The Alkaline diet balances the Ph level to approximately 7.0 which puts the body into ultimate health. It also balances and decalcifies the pineal gland which is important to being able to receive visuals. Also don't drink any alcohol at least 48 hours prior.

What to bring

Bring your yoga mat & water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. Also, I recommend to bring a sleep mask if you wish to cover your eyes during the sessions.
