The Power of Sound
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” ― Nikola Tesla
We can see matter which only makes up 4.6% of our universe, but what lies beyond? We can see our physical body, but is there more to it than we currently understand? Beliefs have been around for a long-time that the body has its own energy field, and our consciousness does not only exist in our body but outside of us. There have been amazing studies in quantum physics lately that talk about the human body having a so-called ‘workspace’ which is consciousness that is around our body that we constantly interact with and exchange information with.
Having worked as an energy practitioner with thousands of people over the years, I’ve been fortunate to explore consciousness on many levels and tap into energy in new ways. For me it’s a daily reality that our consciousness is all around us, and not just in our body. I believe that a thought is not produced by our physical brain – instead our body operates like a channel, like a antenna to receive a radio station, and depending on what vibrations we’re oscillating from our body, we have access to specific information that resonates with us.
“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” ― Albert Einstein
So, if we look at our body as a tool to receive information, what happens to us when we don’t take care of it? The information we receive becomes lower in its quality – that’s where negative beliefs enter our awareness. We stop believing in ourselves, we become passive, we feel uncreative, we are demotivated and get triggered by everyone and everything.
But what would you do differently if you knew that your body is like an antenna to receive information which will create your thoughts and determine how you feel about yourself and how you experience your reality? You would take care of it!
Now, how can we take care of our body? How can we tune into a high-quality radio station and make repairs on our antenna if necessary to ensure the information we receive in our body and energy field is empowering and makes us feel good, creative, motivated and so on?
The answer lies in sound. Sound has been used for as long as we’ve been around as human beings to increase our body’s frequency to enhance our reality and well-being by altering our vibrations and thereby thoughts.
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” ― Max Planck
