Cleanse & Balance Energy with 5-10min Breathing Technique

Breathing technique to cleanse both energy channels Pingala (right) and Ida (left) so that the energy system works in balance. Why is that important? It brings balance to your emotional and mental state, and therefore balance to your life.

Do this breathing technique 5-10 minutes per day to enhance your Kundalini Awakening process. Why? Because this breathing technique balances your vital energy (prana), it allows your Kundalini to flow smoother.

How to do it

  • Sit in cross-legged posture
  • Keep your spine straight but not stiff, you should feel comfortable
  • Close your eyes to go within, relax your face, relax your muscles 
  • Place left hand, palm up upwards, in the middle of your lab, relax your hand
  • Hold your right hand in front of your face
  • Fold middle & index fingers, keep thumb, ring finger and little straight
  • Ring finger and little finger should be touching
  • Block your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril and exhale through the same nostril
  • Breath fully in and fully out, and as gentle and slowly as possible, there should be no sound when breathing
  • After you have fully exhaled on your left nostril, take your thumb off your right nostril and use your ring finger to block your left nostril (remember to keep your thumb, ring finger and little finger straight, with your ring and little finger touch each other)
  • Breath fully in and fully out through your right nostril, gente and slowly
  • Once completed, switch nostrils again
  • Continue this exercise for 5-10min, focus on your breath
